Indoor Air Quality - Mold
Inspections
Option A
– Limited Mold Sampling - Client Defined Areas
Only Appointment fee $250.00
*Sampling fees are additional @ $100 per
sample
*Minimum air sampling consists of one
(1) indoor and one (1) outdoor air
sample the
outdoor sample
establishes
"baseline" or "normal". Comparison of the indoor samples
to the outdoor sample is
made
to determine indoor "amplification" of airborne mold spores.
Additional indoor samples should be taken where visible mold is
observed or musty odors
exist.

Moisture/Water Intrusion & Mold Inspection** is not included in
Option A, but is offered as an extra
at a rate of $325 for up to 1,500 square
feet.
**Moisture/Water Intrusion & Mold Inspection
includes a comprehensive visual inspection and
written report on the exterior and interior moisture/water intrusion
and mold conditions. Fee increases with multi-levels
or
additional square footage over 1500.

size of
project.

**Results of the Inspection will determine the actual amount(s)
and type(s) of sampling to be taken.
Additional sampling fees: $100 per
sample
Sampling methods will be air sample, swab, tape-lift or bulk, at the
discretion of the Inspector
